What is your private label minimum order?

For reed diffusers, the minimum is 1,000 units using the same vessel. You can combine multiple fragrances from our existing library. Quantities per fragrance and other specifications are confirmed in your quotation.

Can I use my own branding?

Yes. We can discuss your labels, colors, and packaging. Custom vessel projects start at 10,000 pieces, subject to project review.

Do you offer custom fragrances?

Yes. The minimum for a custom fragrance is 10 kg. Finished-product minimums also apply. Development scope, costs, and sampling arrangements are confirmed for your project.

What does the $99 sampling fee cover?

We confirm the sample contents and scope with you before payment. The $99 sampling fee is credited toward your product order. Shipping is quoted separately based on the shipment and delivery address. Custom fragrance development may require a separate quotation.

What are your lead times and shipping costs?

These depend on the product, quantity, customization, and destination. Include your delivery ZIP code and target date in your inquiry so we can review your requirements.

Are your fragrance oils intended for skin?

No. Our home fragrance oils are for home scenting applications only. They are not for application to skin or body. We confirm the appropriate application for the selected product.
